You are better off doing a hair care regimen as we always mention in the forum for just general hair growth in men and women - which is as follows which worked for many people in the forum:

  1. Scalp massage everyday for 10-20 minutes (with hands, just see any youtube video)
  2. use the immortal’s oil, 2-3 times a day, let it soak in for 2 hours and wash with fragrance free shampoo, or hypoallergenic shampoo.
  3. take nettle leaf tea everyday - or supplement - but tea is generally better (i do both).
  4. take enough collagen foods, and supplement with collagen powder (bovine type).
  5. eat less sugar, carbs and fat - and try to stay on a lean protein diet as it helps balance hormones better.

as for holly’s hair growth products - no hair growth product works on their own, especially ones marketed the way most ones are, so i won’t go near those, unless they state they are supporting hair growth with a routine.

yeah martin, been here long enough to know that regimen hehe. i just meant if anyone tried it to see if it works, but yes my mind also thought likely it wont work or support hair growth the way other methods we know that do.

thanks for the reminder Martin. I almost forgot to order my immortals oil bottles stack which im nearly out of.

I totally get what you’re saying. I’ve seen a lot of these hair growth products marketed with big promises, but the truth is, most of them don’t work miracles on their own. The key is really in the overall hair care routine and lifestyle changes.

For me, the scalp massage has been a game changer. I do it for about 20 minutes a day, and it feels great. I use my fingertips to really get in there and stimulate the scalp. I’ve also started using a scalp massager machine a few times a week, and it’s really helped with circulation.

I also find that taking nettle leaf tea daily has been beneficial. It’s a natural way to support the liver, which indirectly helps with hair growth by detoxifying the body. And don’t forget about the importance of a balanced diet. I’ve cut back on sugar and carbs and focused more on lean proteins and lots of vegetables. It’s made a noticeable difference in my overall health and hair quality.

Collagen is another big one for me. I take collagen powder at least twice a day, and I feel it really supports the nutritional needs of my hair. It’s been a better fit for me compared to biotin, which didn’t
