Anyone tried hims shampoo for hair growth? how long? did you get results? or negative side effects? I have been thinking of adding this but not enough is understood.

hims shampoo is not much of a result giver, but it can be used as a tool to help you control worsening of hair thinning.
This video should explain it, as i have also used it and did not find it gives results for hair growth for me.

I thought the same, I didn’t think it was much, but the way they talk about hair thinning on their website was interesting.
yes I am a subscriber to hair hacks tv, they are great. they use ai for their videos, but the studies and tests they do for reviews are real. thats why I still use immortals oil which they have constantly talked about, as well as collagen in my daily routine.

agree with jerry, can always vouch for immortals oil, collagen, scalp massage and the good old stinging nettle leaf tea, when it comes to anything with scalp, hair growth or anything like that. but of course, the root cause is affected by diet, so if you are doing above, and not getting results, 99% chance that your diet is full of carbs, sugar or fat. so you should cut down to zero for a while, like 2-4 weeks, to reverse the damage.
also coq10 supplement helped me too. but needs to be a 400mg dose.
