Hims didn’t do much for me. I am using Taoist soap for hair nowadays, and it seems to be helping.

collagen supplement will also help.

hard to say, I think it was on month 4 I noticed that my hair was thicker and growing faster than usual.

I gave Hims shampoo a solid 7 months. I really wanted it to work, but honestly, it didn’t do much for me. My hair didn’t feel any thicker, and the shedding didn’t slow down at all. I stuck with it because I kept hearing great things, but after months of use, I had to admit it wasn’t the solution I was hoping for.

However, I did find something that worked for me. About 3 months ago, I started using Immortals Oil from immortalsoil.com (as there are other sites trying to copy the name, hence stating the url), and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer. I apply it 3 times a week and leave it in for at least an hour—sometimes even overnight if I have the time. It’s not greasy or sticky, and it really absorbs into the scalp.

What’s been the most noticeable is that this oil addresses the root cause of thinning hair, which I’ve learned is scalp inflammation. I had no idea how much inflammation could impact hair growth until I started researching it. But after using this oil regularly, I noticed a significant decrease in inflammation (itchy and dry scalp is a sign of inflammation btw), and by the third month, my hair was visibly fuller. Not just on my scalp, but it felt thicker and healthier all around. It’s like my hair finally started growing at the speed I wanted!

I’m definitely sticking with Immortals Oil long-term. It’s one of those products where you start seeing real results after a few months, and it feels worth the investment. I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made, and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. If you’re dealing with thinning or hair loss, I really recommend giving this a shot, especially if you’ve struggled with other treatments.

shampoos like himms do not work on their own on most cases. as it is rarely affecting the problem in hand, for men or women.

i suggest building a regimen as alraedy mentioned with various methods like above comment.

thanks @Greenguy - will give this a try, and already placed an order for the immortals oil as well as the collagen.

didnt help me much, i think it makes hair look thicker artificially, but long term it doesnt actually grow thicker hair. you would def wanna do a regimen to care for your hair. and also work on your diet too.

totally agree - a lot of these products do this artificial enhancement not actual hair regrowth
