I’ve been on Finasteride for about a year now, and while it seems to have slowed down my hair loss, I haven’t seen much regrowth. Recently, I started taking Saw Palmetto as a natural alternative, and I’m curious to see if it makes a difference. Has anyone here tried both and noticed any significant changes in hair density or overall hair health?
I’ve been in a similar boat. Been on Finasteride for a couple of years, and it’s definitely helped with stopping the hair loss, but regrowth hasn’t been amazing. Tried Saw Palmetto a few months ago, and to be honest, I haven’t noticed much of a difference. It’s hard to say if it’s doing anything at all. Have you noticed any side effects from either, or do you feel like they’re working better together?
