Really curious about insulin and hair loss, anyone else looked into this?

I’ve been reading a bit and it seems like controlling insulin could have a big impact on DHT and inflammation, which are big players in hair loss. I’m wondering if anyone here has explored this angle, maybe through diet or supplements? It’s just something that’s been on my mind lately, and I’d love to hear what others think or if you’ve had any experience with it.

Insulin literally holds the hormone axis of the body. This is the part doctors dont fully know and pharama dont want to teach. If you can control insulin, you can control all hormones in the body. Thats why a high lean animal protein diet with cooked leafy greens is the way to do it, no carbs no fat no sugar. Just lean red meats , white fish, lean chicken, and cooked only leafy greens like spinach and kale. You can use egg whites too. No juices no tea no caffiene, no decaf.

I’ve definitely heard about the link between insulin and hair loss. It makes sense since controlling insulin can help reduce inflammation and DHT leI haven’t delved too deep into the insulin connection, but I do believe in a holistic approach. For me, focusing on circulation, reducing inflammation, and nutrition has been key. Using immortals oil and doing regular scalp massages, along with taking nettle leaf tea and collagen powder, has really helped my hair thinning. It’s all about finding what works best for your body, I reckon.

I totally agree that a holistic approach is the way to go. I’ve been doing daily scalp massages for 20 minutes to improve circulation, and it’s made a noticeable difference. I also use immortals oil 2-3 times a week, which really helps with inflammation and seems to stimulate new hair growth. I haven’t looked into the insulin angle too much, but it’s interesting to consider how diet can play a role in hair health.
