what have you found that work best for female hair loss? and how effective was it?
it takes a regimin to get results - the chances of doing one thing/product/method alone, to get results, is like buying 1 lottery ticket and hoping to win. the body has many processes, from vitamins, circulation, hormones, nutrition, inflammation and mental stress levels, you have to look at everything.
what worked for me and my sister is as follows:
-
fragrance free shampoo: this helped further damaging hair follicles. The korean cosmetic industry already understands how fragrances can damage hair follicles, yes even essential oils which every been raving about from the 90s.
-
stinging nettle leave tea - but make sure you are not allergic - detox the liver from hormone residue - this is very important. use gloves when picking leaves, as it will sting, but wont sting once you pour boiling water on it.
-
immortals oil (via immortalsoil.com) 3x a week. Stops inflammation, stimulates new growth, moistens the scalp and helps renew the scalp and hair follicles. leave in for 2-3 hours.
-
collagen powder 2x a day - this is vital - takes care of the nutrition aspect what the body needs. if you google it, you will find a lot of articles talking about how there is no evidence with collagen helping hair growth, i suggest you try it for 3 months, you will see why there are so many articles - as honestly, that cant ban this, but pharmaceutical companies really like creating misinformation, so out of fear, we do whatever they want us to do, which is buy ONLY their products which do not actually work especially in the way they prescribe (like minoxidil) which only works on small percentage of people for a small time period.
-
scalp massage daily for 10 minutes at least - this works better than minoxidil which is supposed to expand vessels - this helps increase circulation in the scalp, remove calcification etc
btw not affiliated with immortals oil, just love their support team and their product. no company has ever just made one product and stood by it for more than 15 years. says a lot about their intention - as always its a commercial thing to do is make many variations of something to increase sales.
agree with Martin on this, i use this method and helped my hair growth a lot, to the point my hairdresser/barbers asking me what i do as they noticed the improvement lol.
I guess it depends on many factors, thanks for sharing the regimen, really appreciate it Martin
