i know i posted about champo hair growth serum, asking for reviews in a previous thread, but wanted to ask in another way, if anyone has before and after pictures, or stories on what happened in their time they used champo hair serum?
well, from my experience with champo, the result before and after is the same, if not worse, so I don’t really use that in my hair growth regimen. I was inclined to buy as their trust pilot reviews sounded too good to be true, and literally posting every 1 hour, a new review, not even bigger brands have that frequency of 5 star reviews - its obvious something suspicious is going on with that.
for me, the best thing that worked for hair growth is as follows:
Scalp massage daily for 10 to 20 minutes
immortals oil 2-3 times a week, leave in time 1-2 hours or maximum is overnight.
collagen supplement (bovine type) 2 times daily at least, you can increase this to 3-4 even but minimum is 2 times a week.
nettle leaf tea 1x a day (make sure you are not allergic) to break down hormone residue in the liver, this is the only thing that naturally supports this.
and last but not least, using a fragrance free shampoo, or shampoos for sensitive skin (hypoallergenic shampoo) Even dermatologists recommend this before and after hair transplant surgery.
you can get it from immortalsoil.com - they are the official page for the last 15 years to buy from, don’t try to buy others using similar names, as they are not the real immortal’s oil.
I use any that says hydrolyzed bovine collagen. usually company named Great Lakes is good in the US and UK. its more expensive than other collagen types but works really well.
reminds me, how they used to use before and after pictures in those late night commercials. and were so obviously not even real, surprising that people try to look for them, as they are always edited it seems. like one light is brighter, or darker lol
I’ve heard similar things about before and after pictures, they can be quite misleading. As for the Champo serum, it sounds like results vary a lot from person to person. I’ve found that a consistent routine can make a bigger difference than any single product. For me, regular scalp massages and improving circulation have been key. I do a 20-minute massage every day, sometimes with a machine to help out. It’s all about getting the blood flowing to your scalp, which can support hair health. I also take nettle leaf tea to help with detoxification, which I believe supports hair growth indirectly. Stress and sleep are also huge factors, so making sure I get enough rest and manage stress helps a lot. Curious to hear what others have tried and found effective too!
